Machine Characteristics
Multi-axis bending head includes Y(feeding), B(rotating), C(bending), V(bending head vertical movement for die changing), H)horizontal movement for die changing) are wll electrically driven.
Standard machine with 2-stacks of tooling at upper (anticlockwise) station, and the other 2-stacks of tooling at lower(clockwise) station to complete multi-radii component in one operation without any die changing and possible zone of interference,
which greatly reduce costs and set up time. It's available to do push bending and also draw rotary bending alternatively as programmed, suitable for a wide range of bending components which with complex modeling to automotive, fashion furniture,
complex hydraulic tubing, and aerospace, heating pipe...ect.
